Jeffrey A. Dracup was admitted to the California State Bar in 1983. He attended Loyola Law School and received a B.S. in mechanical engineering from the University of California at Berkeley in 1979. He has served on the boards of multiple software and computer companies. Mr. Dracup is admitted to practice in the federal and state courts of California.

Pamela Patterson attended Whittier College and Western State University College of Law. She was on Law Review, Honors Moot Court, and received the American Jurisprudence Award. She was admitted to the California State Bar in June of 1982. She is a real estate broker, and has served on the boards of multiple software and computer companies. Ms. Patterson is admitted to practice in the federal and state courts of California.
